About the Role:

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with classroom teachers to support the learning and development of pupils across a range of age groups and abilities. Your responsibilities may include:

Supporting individual pupils and small groups to access the curriculum

Assisting with classroom management and lesson preparation

Providing tailored support to pupils with additional needs

Encouraging pupil engagement and promoting positive behaviour

What We're Looking For:

Experience working with children in an educational setting (preferred)

A patient, caring, and adaptable approach

Good communication and teamwork skills

A relevant qualification (e.g., Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant certificate) is desirable but not essential
