We are currently recruiting Teaching Assistants to work in Primary, Secondary, and SEN schools across Medway and surrounding areas.

This is a full-time, long-term position, working Monday to Friday, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

The Role

• Supporting pupils in the classroom on a 1:1 or small group basis
• Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management
• Providing tailored support to meet individual learning needs
• Helping create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment

Requirements

• Clear Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (essential)
• Experience working with children in an educational setting (preferred)
• Driver preferred, as some school locations are difficult to access by public transport
• Reliable, committed, and passionate about working in education
