Temporary Payment Administrator
Location: Poole
Pay: £13-£14 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday (flexible working hours available)
Duration: Up to 3 months
Start Date: Immediate

We're looking for an experienced Payment Administrator to join our client on a temporary basis for up to 3 months.

Key duties:

• Processing invoices and payments

• Chasing overdue invoices via phone and email

• General payment administration tasks

• Using Sage to manage financial records (experience preferred)

What we're looking for:

• Immediately available candidates

• Previous experience in payment administration, credit control, or similar

• Confident using Sage (preferred) and Microsoft Office

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
