A leading developer is actively looking for a site manager to join their team on a housing job in Stevenage on a shorter term contract.

The scheme is a large housing development, consisting of over 350 traditional build units. This particular position you will be involved with managing the brickwork & roofing and ensuring H&S is followed on this small phase of the project.

Your duties as site manager will include:

* Following program

* Site set up

* Ensuring H&S is followed

* Managing the externals

* Keeping records up to date

* Managing subcontractors on site

* Chairing daily meetings

You must have experience working a site manager on housing projects previously to be considered for this role with experience overseeing externals a must. You must have in date; Cscs, SMSTS & First aid. Please send in your CV for more information.
