I'm currently working with a key client of mine, a UK PLC House builder, in assisting them with recruiting of a Site Manager for their major residential scheme in Essex. The scheme compromises of 250 Traditional build units mixture of houses and flats,

As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for taking units from super structure through to handover. You will be responsible for managing around 40 units at one time. You will be responsible for managing the programme, managing subcontractors on site, managing health and safety, weekly reporting, and reporting into the Project Manager on site. You must house building experience and have worked for leading UK house builders, at a fast pace environment and be able to delivery units to programme.

This is a 12-month freelance role, and you must hold a CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid certificate and payments are made via CIS.
