Details: Belcan has an immediate opportunity for a Technical Project Manager located in Washington D.C. This position is a full-time direct position with benefits. This position supports the Department of State's Office of Innovative Infrastructure (OII). The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for the technical management and coordination for the development and implementation of the cloud based solutions, policies, and procedures for core solutions. In addition, this resource will assist in engaging new customers, as well as develop documentation required to secure and operationalize the cloud based solutions. This Technical Project Manager will coordinate with all of the technical and government leads on a daily basis to ensure that a holistic solution is securely developed and deployed to support the customers required capabilities. The selected candidate must have both Technical and Management skills. You must possess an Active SECRET LEVEL CLEARANCE or above; U.S. Citizenship is required. Job Duties: Review and comment on the various solutions and systems leveraged by the Department; Manage and coordinate the development and implementation of cloud-based security and operations solutions; Coordinate the development and implementation of a cloud-based identity access management solution to authenticate and authorize access; Manage and motivate multiple teams using soft management skills and an Agile based approach. This could include serving as the Scrum master or training and supporting the Product Owner. Work and coordinate closely with the ISSO monitor and verify all systems are built and deployed based on the existing authorized security boundary. Understand DevOps and/or DevSecOps concepts and methodologies as well as assist the organization to establish an effective DevOps culture. Act as an Agile coach, educating team members at all levels, including senior leadership, on Agile principals and techniques. Develop and coordinate policies, procedures, and other documentation in support of the operational and security aspects of the cloud solutions. Monitor the management of a HelpDesk team that supports all access requests for Google and AWS. Manage employee time and schedules to insure coverage during the core hours. Qualifications: Required Skills: You must possess five or more years of experience Analytic skills & experience Strong teamwork & collaboration skills Good written & verbal communication skills Preferred Knowledge and Skill Sets: AWS, Google, Azure Agile Project Management Styles IT Security with a strong understanding of the Government Authority to Operate (ATO) process. Proven ability to mentor teams and team leaders using an “Extreme Ownership” approach.
