Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Building Services Engineer to join our team based in the heart of London (W1W 3BQ). This is an on-site role, requiring a proactive engineer to design, install, and maintain mechanical building systems ensuring efficiency, compliance, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct site inspections and surveys to assess mechanical system performance and compliance.

Collaborate with architects, electrical engineers, and contractors to deliver integrated building solutions.

Prepare technical reports, risk assessments, and project documentation.

Ensure compliance with relevant British Standards, Building Regulations, and health and safety policies.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting during commissioning and handover phases.

Assist in cost estimation, project planning, and scheduling.

Requirements:

Level 3 Mechanical Engineering (Minimum), Building Services Engineering, or related discipline.

*

Proven experience in mechanical building services engineering within a commercial or residential environment.

*

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

*

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects on-site.
