A fast-paced, acquisitive, global FTSE listed business in the East Midlands is looking for 2x HR Business Partners to operate as an essential part of the Business Partnering Team, reporting to the Head of HR. 

Along with a salary of up to £65,000 per annum, you will receive a range of benefits and will be offered great exposure to a variety of Head Office functions. 

As HR Business Partner, your responsibilities will include: 

Developing and implementing a tailored people plan for your designated business areas, supporting the overarching group people strategy
Leading on organisation design and workforce planning initiatives, ensuring roles and structures are fit for purpose
Driving talent attraction, retention, and development strategies to support succession planning
Providing guidance and support to managers on proactive employee relations management
Collaborating with other people teams to deliver transformational change projects
Acting as a visible advocate for the company's purpose and values, fostering a values-driven culture
Identifying and building best practice frameworks, tools, and processes to enhance people and business performance

Ideally with Head Office partnering knowledge, your customer centric approach and your experience leading change and transformation initiatives will suit you well. This role is a site-based opportunity, which is offered on a full time or 4-day (pro rata) basis.
