This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded accountant with strong analytical skills and a passion for interpreting numbers to tell a clear financial story. You'll have great cashflow experience and be able to artiuclate the financials effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Full ownership of monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and commentary
Cashflow forecasting and reporting, ensuring the business maintains strong working capital
Delivering clear, insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making
Business partnering across departments to explain financial performance and cost drivers
Preparing board packs and contributing to budgeting and forecasting processes
Continuous improvement of financial processes and reporting toolsRole Requirements:

Qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) or QBE with strong, relevant experience
Proven experience producing management accounts end-to-end
Strong analytical and interpretation skills - able to clearly explain what the numbers mean
Hands-on cashflow management expertise
Excellent Excel skills and financial systems experience
