Job Title: Registered Manager - Dementia Care Home
Location: Bath
Salary: £21.41 per hour
Hours: Full-time, Temporary contract

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Registered Manager to lead dementia-focused residential care home. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of dementia care, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement and regulatory excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the day-to-day operations of the dementia care home, ensuring exceptional standards of care

* Foster a culture of empathy, respect, and dignity for residents living with dementia

* Manage and support a team of care staff, promoting professional development and best practices

* Ensure compliance with CQC and all relevant care legislation and guidelines

* Oversee person-centred care planning, risk assessments, and safeguarding processes

* Engage with families, health professionals, and the wider community to support holistic care

* Manage budgets, staffing, and resources effectively to ensure sustainability and quality

Requirements:

* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent)

* Proven experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a dementia care setting

* In-depth knowledge of dementia and evidence-based approaches to dementia care

* Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills

* Familiarity with CQC standards, safeguarding, and mental capacity legislation

* A compassionate, proactive, and resilient approach
