I am working for a leading financial services provider who are on the lookout for a multi-skilled M&E maintenance engineer to join their maintenance shift team. This is a great opportunity for a multi-skilled engineer looking to take on a new challenge in a newly renovated building in the heart of the City of London.

Duties

• Ensuring all mechanical & electrical PPMs and reactive maintenance tasks are carried out to company standards
• Carry out reactive repairs as required
• Liaising with subcontractors
• Ensure weekly reports are completed
• Signf of completed PPM and reactive taks within SLA
• Establish and maintain a good working relationship with the client facility manager
• To be involved in the call out rota as and when required

Requirements

• C&G / NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Electrical Field
• C&G 17th/18th Edition
• C&G 2391 Testing & Inspection (Desirable)
