Job Title: Labourer

Venn Group are successfully working with multiple Housing Associations and are looking for new Labourers.

As the successful candidate you will have experience working as a Labourer.

The duties will include:

• Remove accumulations of rubbish from areas owned by the housing association
• Remove graffiti
• Undertake landscape maintenance & identify repair needs to paths, roads and communal areas within the estates
• Undertake minor repairs to fencing, street signs, benches and communal facilities
• Test fire alarms and emergency lighting systems
• Drive a company van whilst in work
• Ensure the site is clean and tidy, sweeping up
• Comply with all Health and Safety procedures on site

Essential Skills/Qualifications:

• Driving Licence
