In this pivotal role, you'll support the Head of Department in leading the Multi-Skills & Trowel Trades curriculum across both campuses. You'll work closely with students, staff, and industry partners to ensure top-tier delivery, student success, and a collaborative team culture.

The ideal candidate will have teaching experience in construction or building services, a Level 5 teaching qualification, and leadership potential. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to step into a department-wide leadership role.

The Role

Support and lead the delivery of Study Programmes, Apprenticeships & Adult learning

Line manage and mentor a skilled team across two campuses

Drive curriculum quality, planning, and timetabling

Develop industry links and create real-world opportunities for students

Champion student outcomes, inclusion, and teaching excellence

The Person

Experience in construction education or training

Holds a Level 5+ teaching qualification (Cert Ed, PGCE, etc.)

A natural leader and motivator with a collaborative spirit

Organised, proactive, and focused on student success
