We are partnered with a global industry innovator that has impressive coverage across several continents within a lucrative and rewarding industry and are positioned to grow exponentially in the coming years. This is a pivotal role ensuring the success and continuous improvements of data centres and associated assets. With a primary focus on process development and procedure, this is the ideal opportunity for a Process Improvement Manager or Change Manager that wants to take on more responsibility within a new department. Supported heavily by the board, with the main initiative and key deliverable being increasing their efficiencies, ensuring that they remain technically advanced & ahead of the competition.

Professionals with an extensive background in Data Centres or Critical Environments that have a keen eye for continuous improvement will thrive in this position and company. Your Role as a Process Improvement Manager (Data Centres) will Include:
* Working with project teams on international sites across Europe & APAC
* Procedure & Process improvement of engineering & facilities teams
* Conducting technical reviews
* Overseeing multiple sites

The successful Process Improvement Manager (Data Centres) will need:
* Extensive Data Centre exposure
* Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Controls or Automation
* Experience deploying lean methodology & process improvements
