Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 per annum, OTE

Telemarketing Team Leader / Telesales Manager role - working for a prestigious top end Luxury Kitchen Retailer who have multiple showrooms across the UK.

c. £30K basic (£15K realistic OTE on top)

You should have a strong telemarketing / telesales / sales background, with experience of leading a team. Any design oriented experience is useful but not essential.

This is an exciting new concept within the company - you will have the ability to build your team around you. The company are well established (40 years) & highly respected. This is not a typical call centre role or environment.

The company have received 12,000 web enquiries in the past 12 months - you will act as the first point of contact with potential new customers. Your job will be to listen to the client’s requirements, qualify them as a real prospect & 'sell’ the initial design consultation to them & finally booking them into a consultation with a Showroom based Sales Designer.Client experience is paramount to this company’s values - you must have a consultative approach & be eloquent in your delivery. You will be responding to all inbound enquiries that are not directly received in a Showroom.


  • To build, launch and manage the telemarketing team to deliver clearly measurable results against Sales, Customer Experience and Activity KPIs
  • Recruit, train and manage a Team of telemarketers / telesales / outbound sales staff.
  • Implement Training, Coaching and Feedback structures to monitor and improve standards and results.
  • Ensure all Activity and Conversion targets are consistently met or exceeded
  • Monitor individual contributions to identify and resolve gaps in knowledge, skill or attitude.
  • Develop and manage consistent and regular performance review strategies in line with company values.
  • Deliver best in class standards for key measures, including but not limited to: Contact rate Conversion, 5* Reviews, Sales Standards Scores
  • Provide accurate and appropriately detailed reports and analysis on Team performance
  • Work closely with the Learning & Development, Marketing and Creative Departments to promote and support conformity to company standards and procedures.
  • Work closely with National Sales Manager and Sales Director to monitor and maximise the quality of Leads passed to showrooms.
  • Work with Marketing Director and Business Information Systems Manager to implement and deliver performance from inbound web enquiries through the Virtual Sales Platform

You will receive lots of training on the products & how to deliver to the clients, as well as ongoing development training.

You will need to be comfortable initially doing a telesales / telemarketing role, until you’re embedded into the role, before recruiting your team around you.
