Job Description: Are you passionate about Warehouse and Logistics and looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic logistics company? We are currently seeking a Warehouse Operative to join our team at our Highbridge site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a Powered Pallet Truck to support daily warehouse operations, ideally holding a valid and up‑to‑date forklift licence.
• Load and unload vehicles during day‑shift operations, ensuring all goods are handled safely, securely, and in line with company procedures.
• Use the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Zebra scanning devices to accurately receive, locate, pick, and dispatch stock, maintaining excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
• Replenish, consolidate, and rotate stock to support accurate inventory levels and an efficient workflow, using Excel and other digital tools to complete stock checks, basic reporting, and operational tasks.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑organised workspace, ensuring equipment is used responsibly and kept in good working condition.
• Complete essential paperwork and follow all warehouse procedures, promptly reporting any issues or defects to support continuous improvement.

Required Experience:

• Hold a current PPT licence or demonstrate practical experience operating a Powered Pallet Truck.
• Good communication and team working skills.
• Attention to detail is essential.
• Ability to work within a fast paced environment.
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
