Use automotive service management software for booking, updates, and record-keeping
Collaborate with technicians to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of jobs

The Customer Service Advisor should uphold professionalism in appearance and conduct, reflecting the company's values.Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Customer Service Advisor in the automotive sector.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills necessary
Proficiency with automotive service management software and general computer skills.
Ability to work well within a team as a Customer Service Advisor and independently when required.
