Dunbar Education is thrilled to partner with a well-respected primary school in Milton Keynes in their search for a passionate and dedicated EYFS Teacher to join their team from September.

Role Overview: As an EYFS Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experiences of young learners during their formative years. You will deliver inspiring and play-based learning experiences that promote holistic development across all areas of the early years curriculum. Working collaboratively with colleagues and parents, you will create a warm and welcoming environment where children feel safe, valued, and empowered to explore and discover the world around them.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons and activities aligned with the EYFS framework
Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and carers, providing regular feedback on children's progress and achievements
Create a stimulating learning environment both indoors and outdoors, reflective of children's interests and needs
Implement effective observation, assessment, and planning practices to support children's individual learning journeys
Work collaboratively with colleagues to promote continuity and progression in children's learning and development
Support the school's commitment to parental engagement and involvement in children's learning experiencesRequirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with experience in early years education
A genuine passion for working with young children and a commitment to providing high-quality early years provision
Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and effective pedagogical approaches to early years teaching and learning
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to a positive school culture
