Electrical Supervisor - London & Essex OR Hertfortshire Patches Available

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical maintenance operations across multiple housing and property sites in London and surrounding areas.

This is a key supervisory position responsible for ensuring all electrical works are delivered safely, compliantly, and to a high standard across responsive repairs, planned works, and compliance programmes.

You will lead and support electrical operatives while ensuring all works meet current regulations and organisational standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR) programmes

* Supervise communal lighting maintenance and repairs

* Manage void property electrical works

* Oversee reactive and planned maintenance (R&M) activities

* Ensure all remedial works are completed correctly and on time

* Provide technical support and guidance to electricians

* Ensure full compliance with current wiring regulations and safety standards

Requirements

* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (essential)

* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (essential)

* City & Guilds 2391 Testing & Inspection (essential or highly desirable)

* Proven experience in an Electrical Supervisor or senior electrician role

* Strong background in domestic or housing maintenance environments

* Excellent leadership and organisational skills

* Full UK driving licence
