The Role - Learning Support Assistant
The role of the Learning Support Assistant is for a calm, caring, and proactive individual with recent experience supporting students with SEND, particularly in a KS1 or KS2 setting. The position requires someone who is patient and enthusiastic, able to build positive relationships, and confident in delivering targeted support in and out of the classroom. The ideal Learning Support Assistant will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to ensure each child's needs are being met both academically and emotionally.
