The Role - Learning Mentor

As a Learning Mentor, you will play a key role in providing pastoral and behavioural support across the school. You will work with pupils 1:1 and in small groups to help develop emotional regulation, resilience, and confidence. A core part of the role will also include covering PE lessons, so the ideal candidate must be energetic, proactive, and comfortable leading physical activities. Strong behaviour management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build trust with pupils are essential for this position.
