About the Opportunity

Our client is a rapidly expanding digital transformation consultancy specialising in AI, Data, Cloud, and enterprise software solutions. With a proven track record of delivering 300+ successful projects across Europe and beyond, they're experiencing significant growth and need an ambitious Business Development Consultant to accelerate their market expansion.

The Role

This is a unique opportunity for a well-connected professional to join a high-growth organisation on a contract-to-permanent basis. You'll leverage your existing network to open doors, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth across multiple service lines including AI solutions, cloud transformation, data engineering, and enterprise software development.

What You'll Be Doing

Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities across Europe and the UK

Leverage your existing client relationships and network to generate qualified leads

Develop and execute strategic business development plans across multiple sectors

Build long-term partnerships with C-level executives and decision-makers

Collaborate with technical delivery teams to scope solutions and prepare proposals

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities

Contribute to market intelligence and competitive positioning strategies

What We're Looking For

Essential:

Proven track record in B2B business development within technology/digital services

Established network of client connections in relevant sectors (enterprise, SME, public sector)

Demonstrable ability to open doors and build relationships at senior levels

Understanding of enterprise technology solutions (AI, Cloud, Data, Software Development)

Self-motivated with entrepreneurial drive and commercial acumen

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Based in Europe or the UK with right to work

Desirable:

Experience selling consultancy services or professional services

Knowledge of compliance frameworks (ISO, GDPR, cybersecurity)

Existing relationships with decision-makers in target industries

Track record of achieving/exceeding revenue targets
