Day-to-day of the role: - Provide tailored support to pupils with a range of additional needs, including autism, ADHD, speech and language challenges, and social-emotional difficulties.
- Work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to deliver personalised learning experiences.
- Foster a calm, nurturing environment where every child feels safe, understood, and empowered.
- Help pupils develop trust, resilience, and a love for learning—at their own pace and in their own way.
- Offer thoughtful feedback and contribute to a collaborative, caring team.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - Experience supporting children with SEN, or a strong desire to learn and grow in this area.
- A calm, empathetic, and resilient nature, with a deep respect for each child’s unique journey.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A relevant qualification (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant, CACHE) is desirable—but above all, we value your commitment, compassion, and drive to make a difference.
