Responsibilities

Deliver tailored, engaging lessons that meet the needs of students with SEN, including those with ASD, ADHD, and communication challenges.
Collaborate with teaching assistants, parents, and specialists to create and implement effective Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
Use assessment data to monitor progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
Promote a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere focused on respect, safety, and student empowerment.
Encourage independence and self-confidence in every pupil.

Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PGCE with SEN experience.
