Full-time positions are currently available Overview: This position involves providing and supervising ABA therapy in both clinical and home-based settings. The BCBA formulates and implements treatment plans, conducts regular parent trainings and collaborates with team members in implementing treatment plans. The BCBA assists in the creation of training materials for parents and staff and monitors client progress. Responsibilities: Conduct functional assessments and create behavior plans that are generalizable to every day environments Create individualized treatment plan based on client unique needs and learning styles Maintain accurate and organized client notes, data and reports Review technician’s documentation and data collection and provide feedback as needed Complete necessary documenting (i.e. supervision summaries, program updates, overlaps) following direct services hours Maintain supervision schedule which includes assessments, overlaps, team meetings, parent updates and parent trainings Confer with members of ABA therapy staff and other health team members to exchange, discuss, and evaluate patient information for planning, modifying, and coordinating treatment program Prepare and conduct regular staff performance reviews with Clinic Director Assist in providing supervision to BCBA candidates as directed by Clinical Director Generate team spirit through creating and maintaining an environment that fosters staff satisfaction, maximizes productivity and profitability Participate in leading staff development trainings and activities Requirements: A Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, special education or related field Preferred minimum of 4 years providing ABA treatment to children and adults up to 26 years of age Must have a current BCBA certification and experience with supervision Possess and maintain current CPR/First Aid certification Have the ability to interact with clients in a play environment like a gym. For example, jumping, bending, twisting, kneeling, and moderate to heavy lifting (Up to 50 lbs.) Volunteer in sponsored/hosted community events for clients and/or their families Have a valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance and reliable transportation to be able to drive between clients’ homes and community settings Must pass a thorough background check Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong administrative and time management skills Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint Job Type: Full Time
