Tradewind Recruitment are working with a welcoming and forward-thinking secondary school in the Wirral, who are seeking a dedicated Health and Social Care Teacher to join their team from September 2025.

This is a full-time position for 1 term, teaching Health and Social Care across KS4 and KS5, with a small timetable of Key Stage 3 ICT.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and differentiated Health and Social Care lessons to KS4 and KS5 students
Teach some ICT lessons at KS3 level
Assess, monitor and support student progress
Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop curriculum and resourcesRequirements:

QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
Specialism in Health and Social Care (with ability to teach ICT at KS3 level)
Experience teaching Health and Social Care to KS4 and KS5 (preferred)
Strong classroom management skills
