The Position This full-time Cover Supervisor position is perfect for someone looking to make a difference in a school environment, whether you're a recent graduate, an aspiring teacher, or have prior experience working with young people. You'll be responsible for supervising entire classes during a teacher's absence, ensuring that students stay on track and complete the assigned work.

What We're Looking For - Experience working with young people in an educational or similar setting
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- A strong and confident presence in the classroom is essential,

Your Key Responsibilities As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
- Deliver pre-planned lessons across various subjects.
- Supervise classes when the regular teacher is absent.
- Maintain a positive learning environment by managing student behaviour.
- Encourage and assist students with their work.
- Record attendance and report any incidents.
- Help foster a culture of respect and positivity.
- Collaborate with other staff members and provide feedback on student progress.
