Team Manager (Contract Position)

Responsibilities:

Lead a team of professionals within the Child Protection Team to ensure the delivery of high-quality services
Supervise and support team members in completing assessments and developing care plans for children and families
Manage and prioritize caseloads, ensuring all deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained
Collaborate with other departments and agencies to coordinate services for clients
Conduct regular team meetings to provide updates, training, and support to staff membersBenefits:
