About the Role:We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Store Assistant to join our team in Basildon. As a key member of the store, you’ll help create a welcoming environment for customers, support daily operations, and ensure shelves are stocked and displays are well presented.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with queries and purchases.
• Replenish stock and maintain product displays.
• Operate the till and handle transactions accurately.
• Keep the store clean, tidy, and safe at all times.
• Support stock deliveries and inventory checks.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet store targets.

Requirements:

• Previous retail experience is desirable but not essential.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings.
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
