Finance Manager

Salary: Up to £50,000

Axon Moore is currently partnering with a leading FMCG organisation is looking to appoint an Finance Manager to support performance delivery across key manufacturing sites. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with both site-based and central teams, influencing operational decisions and helping to drive sustained growth and efficiency.

This is a commercially focused role — ideal for a qualified finance professional with experience in manufacturing, operations, or supply chain environments.

Daily Duties:

Partner with site leadership and central teams to drive performance, cost control, and operational efficiency.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and month-end processes across assigned manufacturing sites.
Deliver timely and accurate financial reporting, translating data into actionable insights.
Provide financial input into strategic initiatives, projects, and continuous improvement activity.
Challenge assumptions, evaluate performance trends, and support decision-making across the business.
Ensure financial governance and compliance with internal controls and policies.
Identify and implement opportunities to improve processes, automate reporting, and standardise practices.
Contribute to a high-performing and collaborative finance team culture.
Personal Profile:

ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified
FMCG / Manufacturing experience
Experience supporting operational or logistics finance
Strong Excel and data analysis skills
