What You'll Do

* Develop and execute a cross-functional AI roadmap aligned with strategic goals.

* Identify high-impact AI use cases across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and administration.

* Design and implement AI solutions such as predictive maintenance, intelligent reporting, and demand forecasting.

* Build reusable AI tools and frameworks to accelerate future deployments.

* Ensure data readiness and support cloud-based environments and governance.

* Lead change management and training initiatives to build internal AI capability.

* Establish ethical AI practices and monitor compliance.

* Measure and report on ROI, adoption, and operational impact.

What We're Looking For

Essential:

* Proven experience in AI and digital transformation, ideally in manufacturing or FMCG.

* Hands-on with tools like ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and predictive analytics platforms.

* Strong understanding of data integration, APIs, and enterprise architecture.

* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

* Track record of delivering measurable business improvements.

Desirable:

* Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Odoo, NetSuite) and AI integration.

* Familiarity with RPA, digital twins, and data analytics platforms (Power BI, Tableau).

* Knowledge of AI governance and ethical deployment.

* Relevant qualifications or certifications in AI, cloud, or automation technologies
