1:1 and Group Support: Assist pupils with special educational needs both individually and in small groups
Inclusive Practice: Help adapt classroom tasks and activities to suit individual learning styles
Classroom Assistance: Work alongside teachers to support positive learning experiences for all
Flexible Working: Day-to-day supply roles that fit around your availability and preferences

What We're Looking For

Relevant Experience: Prior experience supporting children with SEND is desirable
Empathy & Adaptability: Patient, approachable, and responsive to pupil needs
Team Player: Able to work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and other staff
Compliance: Must have suitable references and an enhanced DBS registered to the update service (or be willing to apply)
