Tradewind is recruiting on behalf of a welcoming 2-form entry primary school in Hillingdon, rated Good by Ofsted, for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to start in September 2025.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting a pupil with moderate learning difficulties on a 1:1 basis

• Running small group interventions to support literacy and numeracy

• Working closely with the class teacher, SENCO and external professionals

• Helping to adapt classroom resources and strategies

Requirements:

• Experience supporting pupils with SEN, ideally in a primary setting

• Confident communication and ability to build positive relationships

• Patient, adaptable and reliable approach

• Commitment to work for the full academic year
