The firm is a growing and forward-thinking legal practice committed to delivering high-quality legal services and achieving the best outcomes for our clients. Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit a Pre-Litigation HDR Fee Earner to join our team in our Old Trafford office.

The Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual with experience in Pre-Litigation (HDR) claims. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of claims at the pre-litigation stage, with a focus on negotiating and settling matters efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a caseload of pre-litigation HDR claims from inception to settlement
• Reviewing liability and evidence to assess prospects of recovery
• Negotiating with insurers and third parties to reach early settlements
• Drafting correspondence and settlement offers
• Ensuring files are progressed efficiently in line with internal procedures and KPIs
• Maintaining accurate case management records

Candidate Speciification

• Minimum 1 year experience handling Pre-Litigation HDR claims
• Strong understanding of the pre-litigation claims process
• Proven ability to negotiate and settle claims effectively
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage a caseload and work in a fast-paced environment
