We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy RGN Manager to support the Home Manager in delivering outstanding care and driving excellence across the service.

As Deputy Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day running of the home. Working closely with the Home Manager, you will lead and support the care team to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in the overall management of the home, ensuring compliance with CQC standards and regulations.

* Lead by example, promoting a culture of empathy, respect, and continuous improvement.

* Supervise, mentor, and support care staff, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care is delivered.

* Participate in the recruitment, training, and development of staff.

* Support the preparation for inspections and audits.

* Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external professionals.

* Manage care plans and ensure accurate documentation and medication management.

About You:

* Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a care home or similar setting.

* Registered Nurse

* Active NMC Pin

* Strong leadership and communication skills.

* Good understanding of safeguarding, risk management, and person-centred care.

* Passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.
