Location: Cross Campus (travel across London required)
Contract: Fixed term until 31/03/2026
Hours: 37 per week (please note: lunch breaks are unpaid and must not be claimed on weekly timesheets)

About the Role
As an Events Coordinator, you'll support a government-funded initiative, working with 9 Further Education Colleges and over 30 employers across 9 London boroughs. You'll be at the heart of a project that connects education, employers, and communities to develop the next generation of sustainability-focused skills.

What You'll Do:

*

Coordinate project activity across colleges and employers.

*

Organise events, conferences, and promotional activities to raise awareness of green skills.

*

Support the development of new courses aligned with industry demand.

*

Produce engaging content for newsletters, websites, and campaigns.

*

Assist with curriculum development to ensure training meets sustainability goals.

*

Present at meetings and confidently liaise with stakeholders.

About You:

*

Strong experience in project coordination, ideally within events, communications, or marketing.

*

Confident communicator, able to engage with stakeholders and present in public settings.

*

Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.

*

Flexible and mobile — travel across London will be required.

*

Experience on public sector or education projects would be an advantage.

*

Enhanced DBS (within the last 3 years) is required.
