💰 £34,000 + Bonus
Contract: Permanent

The Role

A client-facing payroll role within a professional services environment, managing end-to-end payroll for a portfolio of clients.

You'll ensure accurate, compliant payroll delivery while building strong client relationships and working within a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage end-to-end payroll for multiple clients

* Process payroll data including starters, leavers, changes and deductions

* Ensure compliance with UK payroll legislation and HMRC requirements

* Submit RTI filings and produce payroll reports

* Handle client queries and maintain strong relationships

* Manage payroll deadlines and billing for client portfolio

* Support audits and maintain accurate documentation

The Ideal Candidate

* Proven payroll experience in a multi-client or bureau environment

* Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation and processes

* Ability to perform manual calculations

* Excellent Excel and numerical skills

* Strong communication and client management skills

* Highly organised with the ability to meet tight deadlines

* Team player with a proactive and adaptable approach
