Job Vacancy: Support Worker

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 6:00pm
Are you passionate about making a difference in people's lives? Our client is seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join their friendly and supportive team at a private, non-residential day centre in Birmingham.
This service supports adults (18-65) with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health conditions, providing personalised care and helping clients live fulfilling, independent lives.
What You'll Be Doing
* Providing 1:1 or higher support for individuals with complex needs or challenging behaviours
* Assisting with structured daily activities, healthy meals, and social outings
* Supporting behavioural interventions for individuals with self-injurious tendencies
* Occasionally accompanying clients to community homes for respite care (where applicable)
* Driving company vehicles to provide safe and reliable transport for clients
What We're Looking For
✅ A full, valid UK driving licence (international licences cannot be accepted)
✅ Eligibility to work in the UK without visa time restrictions
✅ Ability to work more than 20 hours per week
