As a Chef, you’ll be responsible for preparing high-quality meals for students and staff, supporting the daily production of over 1,200 meals. You’ll work with fresh ingredients and contribute to menu planning and food presentation.

???�? Sous Chef

The Sous Chef supports the Senior Sous and Head Chef in managing kitchen operations. You’ll help lead the team, ensure food safety standards are met, and assist with training junior staff. Ideal for someone with leadership experience in high-volume kitchens.

???�? Chef de Partie (CDP)

As a CDP, you’ll take charge of a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring meals are prepared to a high standard. You’ll work independently and collaboratively, contributing to the smooth running of daily service.

???�? Catering Assistant

Catering Assistants support food preparation, service, and cleaning duties. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn more about catering operations.

?? Kitchen Porter

Kitchen Porters play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen. You’ll help with washing up, cleaning equipment, and supporting the team with general kitchen duties.
