Are you an Accounts Assistant with Purchase Ledger experience? If so Harron Homes want to hear from you! We are looking to recruit a temporary Accounts Assistant to be based from our Leeds Office.

Objectives of the role -

We are seeking an experienced accounts professional to provide temporary support to our finance team. The focus of the role will be on purchase ledger management, ensuring invoices are processed accurately, supplier accounts are reconciled, and payments are made on time.

Key duties/responsibilities -

* Process supplier invoices, matching to purchase orders and delivery notes.

* Maintain and reconcile the purchase ledger, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

* Prepare and process supplier payment runs.

* Investigate and resolve invoice or statement queries with suppliers.

* Assist with month-end tasks as required.

Skills and Attributes -

* Proven purchase ledger/accounts payable experience.

* Knowledge of COINS accounting software (highly desirable).

* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

* Confident communicator for liaising with suppliers and colleagues.

* Ability to work independently and manage workload to deadlines.
