Shift: 06:00-14:00 or 14:00-22:00 (Your choice)

The Role

We are currently recruiting for an experienced TIG Aluminium Welder to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Dudley. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled welder to work on a permanent afternoon shift producing high-quality aluminium components within a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Carrying out precision TIG welding on aluminium components

* Working from detailed engineering drawings and job specifications

* Preparing aluminium materials prior to welding, including cleaning and fettling

* Welding thin gauge aluminium to a high cosmetic and structural standard

* Inspecting finished welds to ensure they meet quality requirements

* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area

* Working to production targets and deadlines

Requirements

* Proven experience TIG welding aluminium

* Ability to weld thin gauge aluminium to a high standard

* Competent reading and interpreting engineering drawings

* Excellent attention to detail and weld quality

* Experience working in a manufacturing or fabrication environment

* Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work as part of a team
