Job Description

We are looking to hire an Administrative Assistant to support the operations of two executives. Your meticulous attention to detail coupled with your personable and engaging demeanor will make you successful within this role.

 

Job Description / General Summary of Responsibilities:

  • Organized, with meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to pass a Pre-employment drug test; criminal background
  • Able to prioritize multiple tasks and move from task to task as priorities/deadlines change
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
  • Correspond with Executive Assistants in other office locations
  • Act as a liaison between executives and clients
  • Prepares shipments (overnight and regular mail)
  • Prints, copies, faxes, and binds various documentation

 

Qualification & Requirement- Skills/Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 - 2 years Administrative/Clerical Experience
  • Computer experience required - in Microsoft Office Suite, internet research, online applications, and database applications (excel, word, email, 0 key)
  • Communication skills, written and oral.
  • High professional and ethical standards
  • Time & Schedule Management
  • Ability to be productive without supervision
