Your Role

Lead and manage a team of data hub engineers to develop the target data platform
Drive stakeholder engagement across diverse operational colleagues and business units
Champion platform design, configuration, and maintenance across delivery teams
Own the vision and roadmap for centralized data capability
Evangelize cutting-edge technology solutions and promote data platform adoption
Essential Requirements

Extensive Azure ecosystem expertise and Azure DevOps mastery
Strong Databricks understanding and Python programming background
Team management experience with proven leadership track record
Exceptional stakeholder engagement abilities across technical and business audiences
Azure training/certifications essential
Experience building enterprise data platforms
Databricks certified data engineer highly desirable
