Assistant Management Accountant

West End (Hybrid)

£40,000, package (circa £50,000 with bonus) + Full Study Support

My client is seeking a commercially focused Assistant Management Accountant to join a Divisional Finance team in a hybrid role blending management accounting with data analytics and automation. Ideal for a part-qualified CIMA/ACCA candidate looking to accelerate their career in a highly commercial environment.

The Role

• Support month-end (reconciliations, journals, billing schedules)
• Produce monthly management accounts and variance analysis
• Assist with forecasting
• Extract and analyse data using SQL and advanced Excel
• Develop Power BI dashboards and drive automation improvements
• Act as a key contact for finance and data queries

About You

• Part CIMA/ACCA qualified (or studying)
• Strong accounting fundamentals
• Numerical Degree in either Economics or Mathematics
• Experience using SQL is a huge plus
• Analytical, proactive and confident communicating with stakeholders

Other details

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm, one day WFH / week
