Senior Site Manager - Residential Housing

The Role:

As a Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of all site activities, leading teams, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring health & safety compliance, and maintaining quality throughout the build. You'll report directly to the Construction Manager and play a pivotal role in delivering homes that exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the full lifecycle of residential construction projects

Lead site teams and subcontractors with confidence and clarity

Drive progress against tight schedules and budget controls

Maintain rigorous health, safety, and environmental standards

Ensure top-tier build quality and customer satisfaction

Liaise with architects, engineers, and senior stakeholders

Requirements:

Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Site Manager, ideally in residential housing

Proven track record delivering multi-unit housing projects

SMSTS, CSCS (Black Card), and First Aid certification required

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

A proactive approach with attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
