This is a full-time, permanent leadership role with responsibility for Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5 Business education.

The Role:

As Head of Business, you will lead a successful and well-established department, delivering engaging and ambitious lessons across GCSE and A-Level Business. You will oversee curriculum planning, monitor student progress, support departmental staff, and contribute to whole-school leadership. What We're Looking For:

A qualified teacher with QTS or PGCE

A degree in Business or a closely related subject

Proven experience teaching Business at KS4 and KS5

A collaborative leader with excellent organisational and communication skills

A commitment to high-quality teaching, inclusion, and student progress
