Zest Education is working closely with a primary school in Nuneaton that is seeking a committed and resilient SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team immediately. This role offers full-time hours (8:00am-3:00pm, Monday to Friday) and comes with the exciting potential for a permanent position from September.

What You'll Be Doing:

Providing one-to-one and small group support to pupils with a range of additional needs, including autism, ADHD, and communication difficulties

Adapting learning activities and approaches to meet the unique needs of each pupil

Building trust and strong relationships to encourage emotional and academic development

*

Working alongside teaching staff and the SENCO to deliver consistent and structured support

*

Promoting a calm, safe, and inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued
