What We're Looking For

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - Essential. Applications without QTS cannot be considered.

*

Flexibility and Reliability - Able to adapt to different schools, subjects, and key stages within the secondary phase.

Strong Classroom Management - Confident in maintaining a productive and inclusive classroom environment.

*

Passion for Teaching - A commitment to student development and a positive approach to learning.

*

Experience working with SEND pupils is beneficial but not essential.
