What you'll be doing:

Processing supplier invoices and payments, ensuring queries are handled quickly and efficiently

Checking purchase orders and attaching the correct documentation for smooth reconciliation

Accurately posting invoices and credit notes with the correct coding

*

Preparing supplier statement reconciliations on a monthly basis

Liaising with colleagues and external suppliers via phone and email to resolve queries

*

Processing and scheduling supplier payments

*

Making sure all accounts payable activities comply with company policies and procedures

*

Investigating and clearing outstanding creditor items
