A fantastic opportunity to join an established manufacturing SME business based in Birmingham. A renowned reputation for its bespoke products and excellent customer service, this corporation are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager.

In this pivotal role, you will play an integral part in driving the financial success and strategic growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities

Preparation and sign-off of monthly management accounts
Annual audit coordination and acting as the primary contact for external auditors
Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Cash flow management and reporting
Supporting strategic decision-making with timely financial insight
Overseeing payroll, VAT, and compliance-related matters
Management experience of a small teamThe successful candidate will have:

Fully qualified ACCA or CIMA (essential)
Experience within a manufacturing or product-based environment
Strong understanding of management accounting and financial reporting
Hands-on, detail-oriented approach with the ability to operate independently
Excellent communication skills and the confidence to work closely with senior leadership
